Low Resistance: The #0 Orange band provides our lowest level of resistance and is great for light stretching. mobility work and warming up.
Moderate Resistance: Bands #1 Purple & #2 Red are best for general conditioning. stretching. jumping. speed training. aerobics. and for power lifters looking for extra resistance.
High Resistance: Bands #3 Blue & #4 Green can be used by stronger powerlifter. and with exercises involving the lower body. calves. quads. hamstring and glutes.
Max Resistance: Large and X-Large Bands (#5 Black & 6 Yellow. 6.5 Gray and 7 Orange) are usually used for obtaining maximum resistance with squats. deadlifts. leg presses and shrugs.
