The BC Strength Glute Band is double-layered to provide high resistance. approximately 50 in length and 3 wide. and can be used for a wide range of exercises. Exclusively designed for BC Strength by our friend Nick Tumminello. the BC Strength Glute Band is especially effective for exercises such as:

  • Band Skorcher hip thrusts⁣
  • Band standing hip thrusts⁣
  • Band kneeling hip thrusts⁣
  • Band lying leg curls⁣
  • Band leg extensions ⁣
